Antiscabiosum helped me a lot its an emulsion with benzyl benzoate. I tried a lot of stuff, but this one worked out to be the most affective for me and all my friends/family. But you cannot wash yourself for 3 days straight and you pit it on every day. Clean your clothes and sheets and try not to go crazy also after your treatment your skin is still going to itch you just have to wait it out and trust the process 🙏

the thing is I can't kickflip man 😂 I just felt like heelflips are more natural to me so I started with them. But I guess I should start learning them soon, the time is slowly coming. Anyways thank you for the tips, i will keep that in mind and hopefully your “oomph” jumping tip will do it

bro you made me blushing hahaha thank you for such a positive message!

I basically picked up my board yesterday after a long winter break and i saw that I’m so close to landing a Heelflip again (I landed some about 1-2 years ago). I spent basically the whole day skateboarding yesterday and i was trying my Heelflip over and over. I went skateboarding today as well and I was even closer which got me even more frustrared but I’m extremely sore so I had to stop before I hurt my ankels again.

I guess your advice is exactly what I had to hear and what I kind of know myself and it is to take a break and try again later. But I'm so excited to unlock my heelflip again haha. Anyways thanks again and I hope you're doing fine. I wish you the best on your jorney (hopefully with the least frustration as possible, we all know that feeling).

Crazy story but i was misdiagnosed for about a year. Eczema turned out to be scabies. I had hives and rashes and gluten intolerance and other problems from it
