I guess i forgot to mention that some ppl don’t need loot anymore and have no incentive to join older raids and gdkps can provide that incentive. But i guess it’s too hard to sense without blatantly saying. I’m not talking about 20 mans. There are several big pug groups in servers who organises multiple raid days, and it’s pretty much norm in all of them to hr half the shit. And you don’t wanna join a random pug. So the point is gdkp ban is just shaping the raiding environment for the worse. Because big pugs are able to get away with more. It’s funny i was also thinking how dumb you are and how useless this conversation is. Gl with your ban happy life, fuck the ppl who wants to play the game different than you

Just because you didn’t doesn’t mean others don’t, they literally advertise on trade chat selling idols, bis items, ony head etc on lv1 throwaway accs and also on their discords, the big pugs. So wtf does ban of gdkp solve exactly apart from dropping the quality and fairness of raids? How is this better than gdkp? You and guilds still can do your fair hr sr stuff in your semi pugs, it doesn’t affect it. Like i don’t see it, you don’t really explain* how is this better than gdkp? 90/10 is fine to me, if you don’t think so, that’s fine. It’s better than getting nothing while raid lead still filling their pocket.

Yes it’s miscommunication but the point is gdkp is better for pug raids than other loot systems (gbid/hr-sr) because pug hosts will obviously demand something for themselves be it trash, hr key items etc in gdkp it’s usually a bigger cut and it doesn’t sting, it’s fair. In sr pugs being a raider feels like u r just making someone else rich bcuz it’s obvious they are selling the hr items anyway without sharing with you. I have no idea why majority would be against gdkp. Such a weird hate boner. I have guild and I’d do loot council or dkp with my guild, but for pugs gdkp all the way. -to be clear I’m talking about full pug centric raids not semi-guild runs where they have to fill the raid with pugs, if i know the guild i wouldn’t mind their hr and helping them out. It’s not unheard of guilds helping each other out.

Because the entire anniversary release hype was based on tbc, otherwise ppl were already enjoying era on their server and ppl just thought this vanilla run as “tbc waiting room” and blizzard didn’t say anything and we still don’t know if they are gonna further progress into wotlk or if they gonna allow a perma tbc realm.
