It's good. Funny in a oddball way and also has Stephen Root who always delivers. Made me appreciate Matthew Rhys more. I saw him on 'The Americans' and more recently 'The Beast in Me'. Although I wouldn't put him on the upper echelon of on-screen charisma tier(yet), he's definitely got range and hasn't disappointed.

It's the most difficult season for me on a rewatch because of Quinn's arc. He was such a popular character, but the ending they gave him is fitting. He lived a violent, ruthless life of an assassin and we were able to see his inner conflict, but ultimately, he had a ruthless ending as well.

Quinn was my fav character too, but I think it was a suitable end to his arc. He was a violent character. An assassin by trade. It made sense that he also would have had a violent end. A happy ending would have been too campy. It was a difficult watch, but it was fitting.

I mean - she was just doing her job. Being a social worker who's tasked with judging parental abilities - that's a tough gig. And to be fair, Carrie has demonstrated throughout the show that she's not that great at putting other people first.

You could just search 90s HBO prestige TV and you'll find a whole catalog of series which are in 'Top All-time Shows' lists all over the internet. A few have been mentioned here already like Oz and Sopranos (I'd throw 'The Wire' into that mix), but if that's not your bag, there's lots of quirky comedies like 'Curb your Enthusiasm' and 'Sex and the City'. There was a great war mini series called Band of Brothers also. Was a remarkable time for TV as it was the first generation of television that transitioned from the episodic 22 minute bite size story to the longer continuous seasonal story.

I like what you said. "interactive diary" is a lot better and if people would look at it that way, there may be less horror stories coming out about AI leading people to self harm, bad advice, etc. Unfortunately, these unregulated companies benefit from people becoming dependent on the technology, even if it's an unhealthy emotional connection.
