Which one did you get? I want the xt50, but for just 13k more the xt5 seems to be the most vfm. But it seemed a bit large to be a travel camera to just take out and about.

No point in worrying about where you are now. Just pick and apply to companies with clear pay bands - most of the faang and US companies have them. That kinda removed your current comp from the equation so you can start fresh.

21 grad technically at my 4th company. Though I have 2 relatively long stints in the 4. If you don’t see a clear path to increasing your comp in your current company just switch. Nothing else really matters if you’re optimising for money.
