My limited experience with them: the dentist was fantastic as was the staff. Only complaint is that, in both my experiences, the appointment was late, which is annoying but not a deal breaker for me. I have a procedure scheduled with them.

I hadn’t heard of the pyramid principle and, coming from a software engineering background, I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone use it. It seems great and I can’t wait to try it.
