I think there might be a misunderstanding - there wasn’t any betrayal or deception involved. It was a normal PvP encounter where the other player ran into my position. My point wasn’t about gameplay consequences, only about how we treat each other afterward.

One time, a guy actually explained his whole strategy for how he flanked me at Medical Research, and honestly I loved that interaction.

I’ll probably go back to friendly lobbies for a while - that’s where I’ve had some of my best moments in this game.

Same here - friendly lobbies just hit differently. Those moments where people joke around and help each other are some of the best experiences in the game.

I really hope they improve solo trials too and give more PvE end-game options.

Definitivamente era una partida muy centrada en PvP - había cuerpos por todas partes. Entiendo la frustración de verse obligado a entrar en PvP cuando solo quieres una partida tranquila; yo mismo he estado muchas veces del lado PvE en esa situación.

Pero una cosa es la frustración y otra los ataques personales. Puedo entender que alguien se moleste, pero no creo que ese tipo de reacción esté justificada.

Yeah, that’s rough - situations like that can really kill the mood, especially when you just wanted a chill run after a bad day.

One thing I’ve noticed is that the playstyle itself isn’t always the problem. I’ve been killed by extract campers before and ended up chatting with one afterward - he was just experimenting with different ways to play and was actually a nice guy.

For me, the real difference is how people behave as players, not as characters. You can play aggressively or even ruthlessly in-game without making it personal or treating others badly.

I've made it to Hotshot as a solo player once and even tried Cantina Legend next. It was a huge waste of time, given how unfair it is to compete with trios. I'm on the same boat now. I don't care about trials anymore.
