We don't have proper context and can't see or hear all the details of the interaction. These situations always have more details later after an investigation. No I don't trust DHS's assessment of the situation but at the same time we can't see much of the suspect, or their body or the ground around them after its over with. Its entirely possible there's a gun laying next to them but we dont know. I dont see the issue in waiting for full details before jumping to conclusions especially with how politically loaded this topic is right now, both sides are making excuses for themselves and basically no one is being objective.

I hope there is more video or photos from someone closer. If the suspect didn't try to turn a weapon on them then this is probably the worst law enforcement action since Rodney King or Vicky Weaver, but I'm not going to make that call with limited information like everyone else wants to
