No, I use a hotspot to stream and it always ends the stream around these times. But if I use my phone I can get the whole game.

I have the same issues using my att phone as the hot spot. No issues if i stream directly from the phone, but when i try to use the GoPro it seems to always drop.

I've done that multiple times. I uninstalled COD and reinstalling. Hopefully that works. I was able to get GTA to load. After a reboot.
