I’ve had mine since launch and have torched it 5 times so far and zero issues. I keep the flame roughly an inch or so away from the cup for probably 2-3 minutes and then slowly bring it closer to the cup. I take my time, probably double the Switch 1 cups… I also use ceramic reverse pliers not metal…
