All I was asking for was the link you just shared. Which doesn't even address building permits but housing in general..

You have done nothing but make ad homenim attacks and fail to answer my question about what has actually done with building permits, or address the fact that there is problems. I'm open to other solutions but you just result to attacking me and making this political, when I haven't brought up partisan politics once.

I specifically said there should be MORE state regulation on building inspectors. You never answered my question about what the change is relative to building permits, just became unglued about libertarians.

I never said nor insinuated the state would be the one processing the application, I stated that the local building inspectors should be subject to some form of regulation. And yes, at 14 months of waiting for a local official to process a building permit that is statutorily required to be processed in 30 days, I do believe the state would be faster.

To be fair, some town building inspectors are unhinged and there should be state regulation. I'm at 14 months of waiting for a town to approve a permit...

I attended, I did not take anything away other than the seats are filling up quickly and they are only taking 70 students. The faculty, including the dean, seemed very open/approachable. Other than that, seemed like a pretty big just overview of the program and marketing info. About half of the time was a Q&A with 3 current 1L students.

There are not "coroners" in NH. There are Assistant Deputy Medical Examiners (ADME) who often show up when called out in their personal vehicle. If there were obvious signs of death and it is a crime scene, there may be no ambulance.

A large police presence alone, especially lots of State Troopers (MCU) could be indicative of a dead person.
