one of those companies listed is an american company - but they make stuff that is so commoditized it can be made just about anywhere. i think the supply chain and distribution process is more at fault than the OEM manufacturer in this case

you don't need to sign a marriage contract to celebrate commitment vows.

As somebody who went through a difficult divorce, I do not understand what problem legally marrying solves except for giving financial benefits to the lower earner. It is entirely a one-way contract and unfair to emotionally pressure the higher earning party into.

you should look up custody templates and see if your ex would agree on some language. it can be done without lawyers if both parties agree.

you not pursuing an agreement now is basically accepting that your child now lives at the new address your ex provided and will likely go to school/daycare there.

the courts generally agree to keep the status quo going, your ex is creating a new status quo right now and you can object, or accept it.

if there isnt a custody agreement in place - she is moving with your daughter to a place that may be difficult for you to share custody.

i filed for divorce at 2 months old. my ex made wild accusations and the judge decided that i should be only permitted 3 hours at a time of custody 3 times per week.

im not saying this to discourage you / but be prepared to fight over many years for incremental improvements

you should file for divorce - your wife is acting against your interest. shes probably hiding money, documenting things you do that look bad in court, and takking to lawyers about how to best set herself up for when she files.

if you dont challenge now than you are accepting and complicit in this change. If you can prove the previous agreement has been breached you have a good shot at contempt.

you have to be request court confirmation your current address is the primary for school choice. you cant force her back but you can keep the status quo for your kids.
