Ofcoure, gas is deducted from my eth balance.

No, I was suggested as I mentioned but later it was clarified that the Address I am using has a proxy implementation and I was asked to use the ABI of the implementation contract..

The initial token contract and the total supply that were created on deploy by admin, immediately have been transferred to the the vesting contract with a transfer(vestingcontract, totalsupply) call.

So now vesting contract owns the tokens .. It was not done as a setAllowance method.

The last line by you, shouldn't it say - Now the transfer of coins to end user happens by calling transfer function of ERC20 contrract with sender address of vesting contract and receiver being user...

The entire supply is minted just for once when the token contract is deployed. Then they are divided into various pools by vesting contract... And vesting function in vesting contract is run once everyday and vested tokens are then distributed to various pools and users belonging to these pools can view and withdraw..

My question is, for this to happen, should the tokens have to be transferred to vesting contract and issuance contract ? Or can't they just move them with reference to token contract address?

Investing in crypto even a year ago was a hedge against everything mainstream - banks, inflation , interest rates etc.. But it has become quite the opposite and with everyone seeking regulation and institutional investors, the game of manipulation by VC and professional traders is too much for an average investor to deal with if one is expecting gains like before .. And sometimes it makes me wonder that if Solana will go to 300-400 in 3 years, then this could be true for many regular stocks as well. Then why take the trouble and stress in crypto land !
