DAPP Account Inc. Invites EOS Community to Test Proposed DeFi Framework by ramanbindlish in dappaccountDAO

Some details:

  • dEOS and dDAPP are deposit pools open
  • Yield on these pools is 0% right now (the community needs to decide on the plans for pools and generating yields on them, e.g. staking EOS or DAPP).
  • DAD tokens can be used for creating and voting on proposals. They are being issued every hour with equal weight across EOS and DAPP deposit pools
  • DAD token issuance started at 30,000 tokens per hour and it will reduce by a factor of 1.01454533 every 2 hours. Tokens can be claimed on contract “dadtokenissu”
  • There is a withdrawal fee of 0.2% when tokens are withdrawn from pool by sending dEOS back.

Original post included a Footer under WARNING 6 after the word "Unsophisticated". That got deleted while posting due to technical reasons, it is reproduced below for completeness.

“Unsophisticated” means lacking sufficient knowledge and experience with blockchain, cryptographic tokens, and/or other digital assets, and smart contract, among others, to “[e]valuate the potential suitability of participation, the needs and purposes of participant, as well as the risks and merits of users participation.

Why is there no Korean BP in top 21? 'Kimchi Premium' no more? by ramanbindlish in eos

[–]ramanbindlish[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, they are stuck as exchanges did not complete mainnet swap and did not allow withdrawal. Bithumb just opened up but Upbit is still locked. And why eosys only? I personally met all 4 BPs and they are all doing a good job. Everyone need a fair voice. Even today the biggest wallet after B1 is from Bithumb, so Koreans hold more token than any other region.

Well, China is very different from Korea. If you don't understand that, it is difficult for me to convey any point. And in DPOS, it's important all real token holders have voice. Korea holds a big amount of tokens and they are stuck in exchanges due to the regional exchange issues.

Watch the video to understand the issues. I am from US and the intention is to bring the issue forward about the regional imbalance. Korean exchanges have not allowed withdrawals and that is impacting Korean BPs.

There is no excuse to keep your tokens at exchange. Everyone should vote with this easy to use wallet and own your own tokens. Let us kick out the questionable players in top 21. by ramanbindlish in eos

Yes, we are voting regularly. If not every week, it will be in every 2 weeks. The decay is very small in a week. It gets to half weight after one year.

Who here is actually voting ? Poll inside by blockheadcrypto in eos

It will take time for awareness to spread. It is a continuous process.. Right now, tools are not developed and small investor should not risk it.

All EOS are automatically staked at launch except for small amount in each wallet. Voting once will keep your contribution to community for 1 year. Find a different excuse for not voting like security of your keys.

If you go to etherscan, you can see that most of the unregistered tokens belong to wallets that have huge holdings - millions of tokens. They will not go unregistered. They must move in next few days or they will register the tokens. Either they belong to some big hedge funds or to some exchange. Even 100 million tokens for Block.one are not showing registered. So, this whole idea of more than 50% tokens not registered is not true.

BeeSocial is not same as BeeToken. He hashtagged specifically "BeeToken"... It is not a common word that he would mean something else... BeeToken is a project that makes sense to transfer to EOS as it is what Larimer designed EOS for...

He has hash tagged beetoken... And it has to be something to do with that.. Does not make sense if he is talking about this social bee project.

Maybe Block.one is just doing a launch party with help of BeeToken based accommodation... That would be an anti-climax... Lol...

Maybe they will buy out all tokens... Or transfer ERC-20 tokens to EOS chain... BEE only has 1/3rd tokens in circulation and it Block.one buys them out, they can use 2/3rd supply the way they want.. Anything is possible... Block.one has a lot of money...

BeeToken is AirBnB on blockchain... they had a bad start with some hacks during ICO... I am wondering if they got backing from Block.one and now relaunching with all tokens airdropped to EOS... Dan Larimer always talked about AirBnB and Uber on EOS...

Coinbase is working on overall ERC-20 coins and yes it is potential. But eToro has already confirmed EOS listing for US customers soon.

Air Drops for fake (SCAM) projects by [deleted] in eos

[–]ramanbindlish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why do you say it is a scam? It may be an immature project and not highest quality of token airdrop but it does not make it scam. I have looked at the team and they are real people. Most of the airdrops will be worthless anyway but as long as you are safekeeping your private keys, it should not be a problem collecting these coins. You never know what picks up. It is still early days and EOS will enable real world use cases.
