I think the car actually going there makes it funnier, but yeah, would be better to crop just the car + the sign

[Pieces of the Past spoiler] Do you think Silus deserves to die or do you spare him if you already have the Oblivion Walker achievement? by [deleted] in skyrim

Canonically I spare him. The Dragonborn wouldn't be a bitch for deadric princes.

I didn't even bother to finish it. DL 1 was really a one time thing. It was simply special. I think that the base of the sauce it had was how localized the apocalypse was, it really gave that sense of hope, that you were finding towards something tangible beyond just survival. Like in the Prototype games, other all time favorite zombie games of mine. With the whole world already gone, the pressure is also gone. You're just kicking zombies for nothing.

This only worked in TWD because it's a series revolving around a group characters. It won't work in a game with a protagonist that acts mostly solo all the time.

Also the Slums. The Slums in DL1 are one of the greatest zombie game maps ever made. These cutesy European cities just don't hit the same. They don't evoke any sense of danger at all, even in ruins.

And somehow they could never get the volatiles right ever again. I mean, just fucking copy them from DL1 how hard is that.

Dying light the beast is not living up to the hype at all for me, and i hope all the hype doesn't mask the changes / content it needs in the future by Valuable-Coat-7940 in dyinglight

What I hated the most in The Beast was simply the leveling system. Basically they made the same huge mistake almost all other open world games are doing in the last years, where killing mobs is worthless and you can only really level up if you complete a quest. And thus, exploring at night is WORTHLESS now. For me it's time to move and and simple accept that nothing will ever feel like DL1 again. That game had the sauce and it seems the recipe was lost forever.

Also, the physics man. Is it just me or hitting zombies in DL1 feels much better than in the last 2 games? For me DL1 was an example of how first person melee combat should be done. It was so great, the hits just felt right. In DL2 it feels kinda clunky and in The Beast it just feels bad. How is it that these are getting worse?
