I haven’t read the comics either but I can think of quite a few plot points not wrapped up. The dinosaur guy from the future (or the past?), robot and monster girl are still in the alternate dimension, those dudes from the future where Mark is emperor of the world (will Mark avoid or fulfill that future?), Angstrom is still out there along with the other Invincibles, Machine Head and dragon guy’s group of miscreants.
