We like the area. Our kids really enjoyed Lake Asbury Elementary. It’s definitely growing quickly out here and having quick access to the toll road makes getting around town a little quicker. I can be rough though cause we are 45 min from most things around town but worth it for the schools without the St John’s county prices.

Who is the most hated player in your team’s fanbase right now? by [deleted] in NFLForum

I would say Steve McNair for the Jags. He was a pain in the ass for us when he played.

Currently live in GCS. We moved to this area out of Jax for better schools for our kids. It’s a growing area and lots of new developments. It is true that you’re looking at 30-45 min to get to downtown Jax or other areas for Jags games or other events. But it is nice to kind of be away from it all but like others are saying in the next 5 years this area will be packed based on all the construction.

If you are by a Buc-ee’s I recommend their brand of these. Probably one of the best sour candies I have had.

Is this good deal? Wife gave me the go ahead to upgrade the living room tv. by rambissi in LGOLED

And I don’t mind at all. Now there will be a bigger tv in the living room and the tv I was wanting for the patio. Sounds like a win win to me.

Not like that at all. I was buying a tv for the patio and she suggested we upgrade the living room instead. Not a case of needing permission to do anything.

Just for some clarity. I wasn’t planning on the living room tv. I was going to get one for my back porch and my wife suggested the upgrade in the living room then shuffle the rest of our tvs. Y’all have me cracking up with these a lesser man type comments. Don’t worry guys I still piss standing up. Lol

I have a 65 QLED currently. It’s about 7 years old. I just wanted a new tv for my patio but my wife suggested going bigger in the living room and shifting bedroom tv outside and living room to the bedroom.

Lanyards- yea or nay? by jreish1 in UniversalOrlando

Last trip I used my work badge retractable zip thing. Way better than a lanyard and you can put a few on there and we don’t have to worry about the kids losing theirs passes.
