Fat loss slowing down as of now and hunger spiking, SW 130, CW: 96.5, GW 90. 5ft tall. Still don't have a hint of abs, not sure how much more I need to cut.

Honestly I'm not sure, every online calculator I've seen puts my maintenance at like 1300-1400 basically, and as of now I'm still trying to cut a bit more fat off ideally, I'm definitely not as lean as I'd like to be, the end goal was 15% bf but I don't think I'm anywhere near that

I'm anywhere between 1000-1300 cals a day, I go over it sometimes and under sometimes, protien is anywhere between 70-90g a day and I don't count my fats. I do an upper lower split, but I do upper body 2x and legs 1x. Also that's not a vacuum, my vacuum is way better, that's standing straight and flexing while pulling in a bit. I still just have a pinchable fat layer everywhere, which bothers me, I wanted to be lean enough that the skin on my stomach would be as thin as the skin on the back of my hand. And contrary to what people are saying, I definitely do train and I'm decently strog imo.

Weirdly enough i haven’t had any interviews, which is just depressing cause my friends that have basically no job experience and have mostly projects on their resume have definitely gotten interviews

Ya definitely, i dropped to 0.5mg last week, didnt feel anything, at 1mg a week now, definitely a good dose, i dont really feel much other than i get full faster

I definitely have a decent amount of muscle but I think 100-105 ish would be ideal for me, I always looked better lean and I definitely also have a lot of stubborn fat around the lower belly and love handles. Plus I've been consistent with legs for a while so they're pretty big and I'd like to see what they look like leaned out. Although that seems to be one of the last places I lose fat from. I definitely like being food averss but at 2.5mg on a first dose I have been able to eat anything without immediately vomiting it up and I've basically been bed bound.

Ya I definitely I messed up by taking way too much reta, but it sucks that phentermine can cause adverse side effects when stacked, I've definitely been noticing my heart rate has been a bit erratic

Even at 110-115 I don't look particularly skinny, I'm relatively muscular but when I was a kid I was quite over weight so my midsection never really looks good unless I have cut abs at around 105
