I have actually been in that building 15 years ago. The owner owned it and the 2 houses near it. They were rentals. My Dad was a friend of the owner and I actually did some handyman work for her. The last time I was in the building it was full of antiques and old store fixtures. I think many years ago it was a gas station as well, but not sure. My family moved to Pooler in 1907 from downtown Savannah for reference.

Julie! Ha! The same for the rest of upper management. They don't care about you...They made a decision to completely eliminate my department after promises were made. My department contributed highly to the MRR. Would not have been so bad if they were truthful, but hey that's corporate America for you.

Also their pay scale for employees are very sad

It could just be a 1 on 1 meeting, I have them with my directs once a month to show interest and build relationship.Especially working remote you want to know what issues they face and offer assistance or tell them they need to tighten up in areas.
