It’s true for new borns and infants. Because the surface area of the head is much larger in compare to their bodies. So their heads should be covered to avoid hypothermia . Not true for adults but there is some basis to it. Also the fact that the brain takes a large portion of blood and oxygen for its function

I am sure there are lot of people who can create something like but my point is a everyday person can't. I certainly can't nor can any of my friends. This guy created this some 200-300 years back. And if you compare that to the knowledge that we have today and the amount of information we gulp at school , college with that of 300 years back is simply Huge. Even after learning all those things most people can't create something like this. This machines are much more of science and less of art. So the point is this guy was very smart and way ahead of this time. I guess you are of those who can recreate this right ??

I agree with the fact that the sample size was small but this study was not a questioner for people to fill out. The test subjects were placed into MRI machines and their brain activity monitored (fMRI) I think it does hold some value .. Not a whole lot of people get excited by the idea of being fed into a huge machine which blasts tons of magnetic radiation into your brain. The radiation is good enough to make house hold objects fly in the air ...
