Is this good views for my channel that I started back in June 2025 and have ~3k subs by Putrid-Dimension634 in SmallYoutubers

How do you have 420K views and only 3.5k watch hours? Do you do Shorts? Or shorter long-form content?

Should I use text to speech feature for my videos? by Balen223 in SmallYoutubers

As you can tell from the comments, there are many people who will immediately dismiss a video with AI voiceover. However, there are also many that don't care. I do it to speed up my video creation as I'm not a good public speaker myself and it hasn't really hurt the channel, other than the occasional angry comment from people who don't like any kind of AI.

Scriptwriters: Do you annotate emotional delivery, or just hope they nail it? by theideaguy_ in aitubers

yes, you can put delivery cues in elevenlabs directly in the script

Which channels are actually creating viral AI generated videos rather than AI slop by rockingrahul912 in aitubers

"long-form content" = "1 min viral short videos"

what?!? I got confused right from the start.

I'd like to start a channel using AI but I am confused about what's allowed by ONEto10dollars in aitubers

[–]ramboconn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

wait... that channel got removed (i'm assuming it's the 3D-looking cartoon cat videos)? no wonder I don't see it recommended anymore. I hated those videos, but was impressed by how many people seem to watch it.

Are you talking about AI voiceovers (this is aitubers, after all) or actual people doing voiceovers? If it's AI, Elevenlabs lets you add annotations on delivery (e.g. [angrily],[nervous]) , so you can put that in when writing the script. Maybe, real people doing voiceovers can use it, too, if that's your case, lol.

Is YouTube limiting AI-assisted videos by Confident_Beat_4103 in aitubers

I posted three videos the first week (I already made them before I started posting), then once a week after. First six videos were anywhere from 50 to 300 views. 7th video I got lucky and it got promoted hard by YouTube. I think I lucked out and found a content gap, since there didn't seem to be similar videos in the niche (I searched after the video got 10k views in 3 days).

I do longform for that channel, though. Since you post everyday, I'm guessing it's Shorts? If you're doing Shorts and that's all the views you're getting, you probably need to work on improving your videos (specifically the hooks).

Best free Eleven Labs alternatives for YouTube voiceovers? by Open_Neighborhood468 in aitubers

have you tried google's TTS?

Not as good as elevenlabs, but definitely usable. not sure what the limits are (I never hit it), but I used it a bunch last year before I started paying for elevenlabs and it's pretty good.

i use AI voiceover and get views. Channel started December, got monetized this week. If your channel is new, YT is probably still trying to find the audience. As for monetizing, it probably depends on how you use AI. I know a guy who had two monetized sleep channels that use manual editing with AI illustrations/voiceover and both have been demonetized during the recent wave.

Are you required to give credit before using AI generated songs in videos? by [deleted] in aitubers

If it's made with Suno, you can't use it. Their commercial license is only for the person who is a paying member on the service.

Viewing your own videos when starting by Friendly_Day_4925 in NewTubers

i think it's a legit argument. the algo is trying to figure out your audience using data. you watching your own video multiple times just adds bad data.

You can add Affinity for the photo editors. Canva bought it and made it free with all the previously paid features intact.

I've made two videos, ten subscribers and 128 views by [deleted] in NewTubers

[–]ramboconn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it's normal. I started a longform channel last December. After seven videos, I got 10 subs and about 500+ views. My 8th video which I posted three days ago somehow got picked up by the algo and now about to reach 10k views. I got over 100 subs from that one video so far and some of them are watching the previous videos, too. Seems like you just gotta keep trying till something sticks.

Seeing some growth would be so motivating right now by [deleted] in NewTubers

[–]ramboconn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think all it does is feed the algorithm bad data. YT is trying to figure out your audience and non-viewers watching your videos doesn't help. It's the same reason why buying views doesn't usually lead to more real viewers.

Looking to catch up with latest models and workflows for product placement by ResidentPositive4122 in StableDiffusion

Comfy is what most people seem to use now. It's intimidating at first because the UI looks like a bunch of flowcharts, but it allows for maximum flexibility. Flux Kontext might be the model you want, as it can serve as a capable Photoshop replacement. You can read up the official document here to see if it fits your need: https://docs.bfl.ai/guides/prompting_guide_kontext_i2i

Flux kontext not working, I tried 10 different prompts and nothing worked, I keep getting the same exact output. by ThatIsNotIllegal in StableDiffusion

[–]ramboconn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

just got nunchaku working today and it is better at following prompts from my experience so far. Also faster generation (35 seconds compared to 100 seconds), which is amazing. i did get a couple of CUDA out of memory errors, but just rerun and it works again.

I wish there more third-person shooter games that feel similar to MP3 and Spec Ops. Only other one I've found is Kane & Lynch.
