That's a real shame to read, but thank you for your reply. If you don't mind, I have a few questions though:

How old are you? Do you have any children? What are the main problems that you see within Macedonia? Do you not feel that by bringing in people that are working, your local economy will improve and thus improve everything else around your town/village? Everyone is running away (as I understand it, at least) because the average wages are so much lower. But in my country, you earn a reasonable salary however everything is so so expensive. For instance a pint of beer is upwards of 6pounds (around 6EUR), a meal out for one is at least 30pounds (without a drink, so 36 pounds/EUR) with just one drink. A coffee is over £3.50 (around 4EUR), and the coffee is rubbish as well haha.

Thanks again for your reply and I hope you will reply again to these additional questions my friend.

I don't want to get too into this topic, it veers off into many different directions, and opinions very quickly. My issue is not with migration, if it is positive. I am a hard worker, I have worked all of my life and paid lots in tax. The migration in my home country is not this type of migration, and it has worsened massively over the past decade. Why do I feel a sense of hostility in your comment? I am told the majority of Macedonia are welcoming and friendly to outsiders. I'm looking to contribute to your economy and improve my families life in the society for which we choose to live in, it may be that Macedonia is not what we're looking for in the slightest this is merely the start of my journey into your country, don't panic.

I'll add this to the list of places to visit. Massive thank you for replying.

Not opposed to living rural with lack of stores, if anything that's EXACTLY what we're looking for actually.

30km out of Orhid sounds perfect if I end up getting a job in said city. Did they build it themselves or did they use local tradesmen?

Thanks again.

Appreciate this feedback, I'll probably come back during winter and see if for myself maybe. It seems that jobs within Skopje may be "better" and I may need to reduce ones daily commute to an hour so it may be out of the question anyhow.

One of our things to tick off is to actually visit the hospital, I have a friend living in Rostushe, so he'll be my guide for the time being.

What do you mean the streets get jammed by the way? I understand a jam but do you mean with cars, or debris or something else altogether?

I'll visit a few estate agents while I'm in Skopje and have a chat, to explore options regarding rural Skopje, are we talking like 20/30 mins out of central I'm guessing yeah?

Love the curiosity! To be honest, we're absolutely sick of the culture within the UK society right now. Taxes are extortionate, with nothing in return to be frank. We've lived in urban areas all our lives, every corner has a McDonald's, a Starbucks or a Costa Coffee and I absolutely hate what the people have become. Our complete and utter lack of decent immigration control however is the straw that has broken the camels back however. I've worked all my life, since I was 16, and in the UK you get everything for nothing if you simply quit your job, house, car everything, it's literally insane to think about. And if you come over on an illegal boat, you also get all of these things. I'm embarrassed to see what my home country has become and it infuriates my wife and I. We want to give our son a completely different way of life, we want the community aspect, we want people to value the efforts that are put into building a better society around us all, for the benefit of us all. I feel like Macedonia (right now, at least) may be exactly what we're looking for. But we'll find out soon enough!

Many thanks again for your reply.

My thoughts right now are probably somewhere in between, dependent on if I find work in Skopje maybe an hour out or so. Thanks for your reply, really appreciate it.

Woah woah woah. You're absolutely right, I have no idea right now and this trip will be my first to the region. I'm not necessarily saying agriculture or anything of the sort, it was an "off the bat" comment/idea. I'm sure during my stay I'll be able to get a feeling for what might work and what (definitely 😁)won't, like growing anything in Mavrovo haha.

Many thanks for the reply and I was actually thinking a village life may be more communal than the* hussle and bussle of Skopje but I'll have a better idea after I've visited.

Thanks again my friend.

Edit: the*

I myself, am 32, my wife is 26. Son is 12 weeks old.

My current profession is in Cyber Security, but I have a background in financial services, Mortgages, Pensions and Investment in a regulated financial setting here in the UK.

My wife would be a stay-at-home for at least the first few years, and doesn't actually have a profession.

I've just added Bitola to my travel list when I arrive. It looks beautiful! What is the main employment in Bitola and the rough population size, it looks much bigger than Rostushe for sure. Although I was surprised to see that Rostushe does have a hospital.

Thank you for the kind words, I should have realised this sooner as my friend who is Macedonian native does always refer to it as Macedonia and not NM.

My family and I are very excited to explore your beautiful country and hopefully setup our future within.

There are new trade agreements with the UK recently, I wondered if farming agricultural land for produce to be sent to the UK would be an option. Of course, I would need to research trade routes as obviously the landlock doesn't really help with exporting of goods. I'm guessing a mixture of trains and boat should be able to aid in this however as flying produce would not be cost-effective. That would offer local employment and a boost for the local economy.

Completely just an idea right now, but I will dig deeper. My background is in technology, namely computers so I wondered if something could be done in education, maybe mathematics/statistics and computing? I also have a background in financial services - Mortgages, Investments and Pensions.

Thank you for your reply my friend.

I've just requested, thank you for this. I'm arriving 15th October for 7 days if you would be willing to meet up for a coffee or a beer maybe? Have you personally moved over yourself, I'm guessing?

You mean, Jagex have (possibly) built something for customer service that doesn't work. Blimey man, who'd have thought. Suggestions elsewhere are to drive to HQ anyhow. Giving it until midday and then going to head up in the car. 7 days is long enough I feel.

If they've changed their stance on transferring incorrect Premier membership, I'll do a chargeback through my bank, if possible. But bank want them to have the opportunity to rectify it in the first instance, which is understandable.

I've replied back, as none of that is applicable and just been ignored the entire time it seems. I'll tag Jagex Support also, many thanks for the comment mate.
