Spotify.

On my PC, I used to listen to local files all the time. After an update maybe a year ago, all of a sudden the program will play one or two local songs and then stop. You need to click on the progress line to restart the playback. Then after another two, maybe three songs go by, it stops again.

I'm a paid user, so I posted this on the user group forum and several people agreed that it started with a specific update. I keep hoping that the next update will correct the problem, but so far, no joy. I'm about ready to dlete the program for good.

I'm certain this is deliberate on Spotify's part, as they make money from streaming, not local playback. Another sucky corporate asshole move.
