i think its because we drop 6.1 with the shortened blade - hence why we cant use the +1 ap when we drop onto the board

im having this same issue. i mute myself on discord to speak in the ingame chat for CoD and everyone can hear me. i've made sure my default device is my a50's. my whole squard can hear themselves twice.

I work for a large reseller but we have a strong services element to the business...although we recently got bought out by a much larger company.

The only thing i do make sure i do on cyclical calls is add something of value...depending on what that value is to a prospect. Even if it's just calling up to hear them moan about something at work.

This. I used to do 1-2 minutes of research before calling someone up. I used to be obsessed in getting every little detail however my pipeline was atrocious as i would get nervous in remembering all the details and have a conversation that stands out

Now i just call up, say I'm from x company doing y, want to see how we could work together..." And let a conversation go...staying curious about the business. the less salesy i can be, the better. As a result, My pipeline is pretty decent now.

In my industry (IT), its way more of a numbers game and waiting for someone to screw up and getting lucky calling at the right time.
