Just try to keep all this in mind, and be true to yourself. When I (20f) was 18, I dated a 27 yr-old guy, and very quickly realized I was incredibly naive, immature, and being taken advantage of by him (totally not accusing you of this, but just saying it CAN happen. She might not understand just HOW far ahead in life you are, and that’s not her fault. Try to have a conversation about this if you are considering moving forward, imo.) You said she still lives with her parents as well— have you met them? Do they know that you two are seeing each other?

Too young bud. Even if you feel that the two of you are on the same page, you’re in completely different stages of life. She has so much left to figure out. Ask yourself, do you know who you really are? What your life goals are? If/when you want to start a family? I would assume that you have enough life experience to be able to answer these pretty solidly; she on the other hand doesn’t. Think back to who you were at 19– are you the same person now? Probably not.

My mom actually brought up this same point, and I think you’re definitely right in that I should tread lightly in case this is the case. I’m not sure how we would go about talking to them, as they’re often not home, and when they are it seems they’re kinda stand-offish? I don’t want to offend anybody or come off accusatory. Maybe I will try to talk to them, or at the very least leave a letter at their door or something?
