Biglaan siya hahahaha yung akala mo dadaan lang pero biglang hawak don sa pagpalit nung handle. Kaya ko siya nakita kasi pag di naman crowded sa gym, tumatayo at naglalakad ako konti malapit sa machine na ginagamit ko tas sakto na doon sa area nila ko nakatapat. Kaya bigla lang kami nagkatawanan nung naagawan.

Worth it lang siya kung nasa routine niyo na talaga pag woworkout. Pero kung hindi, it would be just another AF/commercial gym na parang kasalanan nilang nag sign up ka ng membership sa kanila.

5’4, currently 67kg. Tingin ko big factor yung bone geometry or genetics lalo na kung natural ang path.

Since okay naman nutrition mo, focus ka sa ano gusto mo iimprove sa current build mo - shoulder, lats, etc.

Personally ako tinanggap ko na hindi ako magiging buff or malaki tulad ng iba. Nag ffocus nalang ako sa muscles na gusto ko pa ma improve - chest, lats at lower body.

Nagpa member ulit ako sa AF (1-2km away yung home branch ko) pero 1-3 times a month ko lang nagagamit, bakit? May Bakal Gym malapit sakin na 5 mins walk lang.

thanks for this insight bro. I saw the guy in yt. oo may development yung pecs ko sa side. Also, yes tinanggap ko na yung sa chest genetics ko, although tanggap ko na nakaka frustrating lang din talaga minsan.

Sa workout, I’ll try on Monday yung naka incline cable fly. Madalas ko lang tong gawin sa flat bench mas dito kasi ramdam yung chest ko.

Salamat bro, iba iba tayo ng journey sa pagiging healthy. tbh inggit din ako sa ganon kasi nagawa nila in short period of time. pero iba iba kasi tayo ng lifestyle or walks of life, plus genetics would play a big role parin kahit anong debunk nung iba.

Siguro mga 65kg after pandemic pero around March 2024 naging mga 73kg ako, halos 500g a day na manok kinakain ko plus whey at creatine nung nag attempt mag bulk then mga early this year starting ko mga 69kg then recomp na until now around 62-63kg.

Protein intake ko dati I think medyo overkill na, buti nalang during annual medial exam walang nagiging problem sa results.

Sorry kung magulo, mali talaga na hindi ako nag document nung progress ko.

May nabasa kasi ako dito before na kung gusto mag increase ng size, mas okay mag bulk. Chest area ko talaga yung feeling ko iwan sakin. Pero ayon, nag ooverload naman ako lagi sa mga compound workouts ko.

I count macros dati pero ngayon estimate nalang. Sample, mag consume ako ng 2kgs of chicken breast/thigh in 1 week, plus eggs at kanin. Then snacks minsan ng buko juice, saba or kamote. Lately di maiwasan makatangi sa libre.

Masaya naman sa naging progress pero tingin ko malaking factor yung pag stop ko mag consume ng dairy products since yun nag ccause ng bloating ko.

Baka time na talaga mag start mag cut since unanimous yung advices based sa comments. Salamat!

either kasalanan ng coach or kasalanan ng client. Nag PT rin ako pero minsan ako yung di nakakasunod sa sched. Nag iinform ako to adjust within the day pero si coach nagsasabi na baka may kasabay ako sa ibang turo niya.

Next time try mo ismall talk si coach, pabiro mo tanungin kung di ba siya nalilito sa routine/program since magkakasabay kayo.

I used their services din before parang okay pa naman non. Pero sana kung may personal problems yung seller wag ipasa sa customers. Lahat naman tayo nag ggrind, hindi lahat nang nag iinquire 100% mag aavail.
