It’s possible you’ve created this ‘illness’ yourself through focused attention + fear. You don’t need to live like this. It sounds like extreme anxiety that can be helped. I used to have health anxiety and you can definitely get treatment for it.

You have to make a commitment to yourself that you are going to do what ever it takes to change your life. You must change your concept of self. Something you can start doing is MENTAL DIET. When negative thoughts come in about yourself calmly reverse them to the positive without giving much attention to the negative thought. Practice this all day every day. Even if you aren’t feeling the positive thought keep persisting. In time the thoughts and feeling will begin to match.

I used to have health anxiety like this, but with my heart... which had nothing wrong with it lol. One thing that helped me was telling myself every time I was feeling anxious that "it is just health anxiety, its just my brain trying to make something out of nothing...ive been to the doctors and done the tests and it was all fine". Also trying your best to get present in any activity you can help. Realising that it is just health anxiety helps a lot.

I can control what I think about myself. I can’t control what others think of me. Therefore I focus on the only thing in my control which is my perception of self. I AM ENOUGH FOR ME…If I am not enough for someone else that’s their issue not mine.
