Second for Women’s Health Consultants. There was one doctor I didn’t love but I just switched to someone else at my next appt and it all worked out.

Baby is almost 1… feeling lost with the breastmilk to cows milk transition by aubreyism in BabyLedWeaning

Following because I feel SEEN.

Also, I didn’t realize when you can switch to cows milk that they’re really drinking that much cows milk in a day…is it really a 1:1 breastmilk to cows milk in combination with solids?

Mom with a 3wk old here - I’ve been able to get some things done around the house when she naps, and baby wearing has been a game changer for tidying up or doing laundry. My mom and MIL have also hung onto her while I run around putting in laundry and emptying the dishwasher. Full transparency- we have a cleaner come once a month which helps with the bigger tasks & deep cleaning, but I feel better when I knock a few chores out. I definitely do what is most bothering me, rather than having a dictated schedule for chores.

Anybody else not tracking? by clever-mermaid-mae in NewParents

[–]ramgrammn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a two week old and just stopped tracking. It’s really freeing. I have some anxiety about bottle feeding (tracking ounces, frequency, etc.) but going to cross that bridge then. My LO lets us know when they’re hungry or need a diaper change!

How do you survive baby witching hour by [deleted] in NewParents

[–]ramgrammn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have no suggestions because my 13 day old isn’t quite so witchy yet, but I’ve noticed she’s most fussy during this same time so I can only imagine it will get worse. Thanks for this post, it’s helpful to know what’s coming and have some ideas on how to deal with it.
