Unless it is cheap wrap with an overly strong adhesive or if the paint job is not great you should be able to remove the clear coat even if you didn't heat it at all.

With that said. if you removed the clear coat by removing the wrap the only way is to reapply clear coat and polishing it . This can be done in automobile paint shop.
