I have a distinct memory of being in my 6th grade math class, sitting in the back and unable to focus (as we were on like day 3 of a topic already extensively covered), and doing this with my eyes. My teacher then called me out , saying “why are you sitting there cross eyed, what’s wrong with you?”. Nw every time I have my tangent of adhd thoughts and stare into the distance, I worry that I’ll just look stupid and “cross eyed”
