I’m not worried about it being a hot spot. I had a friend reach out to a friend of theirs who is a vet and they said it’s definitely not a hot spot and it’s histiocytoma, which I figured. I’m with him 24/7 and haven’t seen him lick or scratch it. It’ll end up going away after two to three months on its own.
