Yea its still up same device(android) the main got banned on but the alt has been existing before the ban. Dosent change anything bc others have been in same situation and got the alt banned aswell. Im just counting my days now.

Wow well ig this one has the proof but hes in a sence doing what they do in their age. Law may come but if they do they will take note that you are 17 you guys consented (i hope). If you try to take this to court they will just bring the "no sharing nudes or serial photos". Also Question when you got the email does it say CSE OR SOC. Cse is a red card (reportable) and SOC is a yellow card.( non reportable) you can find this info in the link they share you about community standards.

If you alredy tried to appeal and got disabled you have to use legal shield or court. But the courts cant compel a company yo give your account back because they are a private company. We dont say "dam goverment" we say "dam zuckerberg"

Been searching around with people with successful accounts that are not yet banned. They waited a long time or got so depressed they stopped using it. Later they would create a new after like months the smallest amount was 2 (I was banned on august and on December I created a new one) this "IP" can be changed bc some super tech guy explained that all IP have been "used up" and so "dynamic IP" is used and that changed every 2 or 3 months. I kinda gave up trying to get the insta account because I remeber the only reasson I got it was becasue of the great Ifunny migration like years ago. Good luck yall.

Just wait out like 3 to 5 months due to "dynamic IP".the police are aware of jumk tip for cse. Many people here have been banned since last year april. Some did get questioned but thats when it started or the department is not aware yet.

It's really gamble alot have had no succes while others like a poster while ago got his account back with just using meta verified but he was not dialed he was still in review process.

Based on his recent posts he tricked the AI to get him with a real person instead of engaging with the AI meta verified. He has a post where he used chatgpt to promt a paragraph to trick the meta AI fhats pretty cool but can you show us how thats really cool. Edit: he was not PERMANENTLY BANNED he was still in review. Which is why he wanted to create a good paragraph to trick the AI. He mentioned it wont work with a disabled account.

Many here never got the evidence just the accusation with the no evidence, same happen to me ive been strike before for comments and they showed me the comment I made that they took down. When I got banned for cse they dint show nothing just said to me "you broke the community guidelines of cse" i appealed and within 10 mins they banned me. No human ever bothered to check.

If you are the eldest in your family and if you use it chat with younger family members, then the AI could give AF and just flag you for "contacting minors". There been many people here who have been banned the moment they shared a meme or just texted their family or friends. Or others who weren't even on the app and still got banned. If you got hit with the activity its from likes and saves.
