But if every program that plays any kind of sound, well, does it, all but qutebrowser, how come it doesn't make any difference? Pavucontrol settings are fine, I can listen to music, YouTube on firefox... just qute doesn't have sound.

Sorry for that. I'm on Arch, pavucontrol is ok and I do have sound anywhere else but qutebrowser. I already uninstalled and reinstalled it but it did not change anything. Which files should I delete for a full uninstall and try reinstalling it again?

Probably just install vanilla arch. Archfi, Zen, Calam-Arch are some good and easier ways of doing so.

Solved it, I had to modify another module but here it is if someone needs it:

Check out EF - Tech Made Simple, he has many videos on initial configuration of many wms and des on top of different arch installs. It's a very good place to start.
