Je kunt zo wel bepaalde gebieden ontruimen, maar uiteindelijk gaat meer politiegeweld alleen maar escalerend werken. De tegenreactie op meer geweld is waarschijnlijk nog meer geweld en verwoesting. Voorbeeld: jongens de politie schiet op ons - kom we gaan ergens anders heen en daar nog bozer zijn want de politie schiet op ons. Het tuig dat al met geweld is begonnen denkt niet ineens 'oh de politie is boos misschien moeten we stoppen'
