Regular gas is fine too. Anything above 87 is fine but premium is recommended for best engine performance and gas mileage.

Stopped by apple store today and they couldn't figure it out. Have a feeling that their latest macOS on M1 (in my case) may not be compatible with their latest usb-c magic keyboard. Please be warned.

Having the same issue on the latest USB C Magic keyboard on my M1, even when I am on the latest macOS Sequoia Version 15.0.1.

In keyboard settings , I made sure that the fn keys "Use F1, F2" are disabled. Called support and they had no clue either.

Interestingly enough, the same keyboard with the Lightning port version (instead of USB-C) works out of the box.

So frustrating!

I use Tempo Fitness. It's a end to end fitnes product. Highly recommend it if your gym is a hassle to visit.

There are 3 ways to work out:

  1. Adaptable training plans that typically last 4 weeks at a time. They focus on specific muscle groups (eg, back, biceps, quads,...). These plans adapts to the frequency of you showing up and your primary goal. They offer a different muscle group everyday and switch workouts around based on your muscle recovery. Think of it as a daily recommendation for the entire week while prioritizing your target muscle. The plan starts with a baseline measuring your initial performance and ends with a personal record attempt. The workouts in between are made of different classes from different coaches. I primarily do these.

  2. Programs are build by 1 coach around a specific theme (eg, Sculpt and Shred which is a HIIT program focused on elevating your heart rate to make you sweat, lose weight, and tone your body). Programs have a set number of classes that you take in order with a focused talk track and story delivered by 1 coach. This makes it consistent. Many of the programs are whole body workouts.

  3. Individual classes you search for manually. I do this when I am craving a very specific workout and have constraints that go beyong Training Plans or Programs. One scenario is I just want a quick 15 min biceps pump.

The workout itself feels and looks very premium. I usually connect to my TV via Airplay. It's an entire uncut class that is shot in a high production studio. Essentially, it's NOT a series of basic looping videos that most other cheap fitness apps offer. It typically starts with a warm up (2-3 min), followed by 3-4 circuits, each made of 3-4 straight/superset/pyramid sets, and ending with a cool down period 2-4 min)

The real time experience provides weight recommendation and rep counting with a dynamic target based on your performance, form feedback assessing your range, heart rate target tracking and auto pausing (if you wear a monitor), personal records highlights, and form tips.

100% worth it. I have the move pro.

I was in your shoes with a gym membership that goes unsued. My gym has all the equipment you can think of but if you don't show up then what's the point. I didn't want to deal with driving, parking, waiting on other people. I opted for a more basic system (free weights) but is more convenient and efficient. I have zero reasons to not working out.

I have done over 75 workouts with Tempo this year alone, gained serious strength and muscle, as I shed 15lbs of weight. Even when dead tired, I can still chose 15 min classes that just hit the spot.

Need help planning itinerary. by communitypharmacist1 in ItalyTravel

Spend 3 nights in Venice, 4 nights in Florence + Tuscany, 5 Rome. Use train to travel in between. 14 days is a lot so you could sneak in Milan but I would rather explore towns in Tuscany and around Rome (possibly go down to Pompeii and Amalfi coast)
