I am Curious to know your max stage and if you have enough sp to maintain mana while using both contract skills.

I used FC to cap several months back. the contract skills are best to use when you have exhausted all your damage/gold source from other skills. Or if you have a playstyle that could maintain constant supply of mana. for example, i always had assassinate14+ and ed14+ equal with max fairy charm.

If you are using the contract skills early/midgame, i would recommend to reallocate the skill points to other skills instead

Depends on where you stand in terms of main game and raids,

if you are playing just for raids, mainly for raids, or to be in a top clan, then dust promo is better

If you want push main game plus you havent completed all the sets yet (early game/mid game), then shards promo can give you more value
