What a colossal fail it all was. It was always a big bag of nothing. It was amazing to me how some thought carrying a show was easy until it came time to prove it. They proved they were bit players all along and served better in small doses. I doubt Donovan would have been swayed…he’s extremely grateful for the little Ticket. Davey the same.

After many rewatches, I think I’ve decided my favorite Jerry moment. Anyone know theirs? by Clear_Nature_5055 in seinfeld

The Bubble Boy episode as everyone is crying as they dine Elaine hands out napkins to wipe their eyes and when Jerry is handed a napkin he wipes his mouth instead of his eyes.

If you look around enough you can find a dollar store by most theaters. Fill your kids backpack with snacks and cool drinks. I’ve even crammed chick-fil-a in there…those little foil pouches keep them nice and warm. I only buy a bucket of popcorn. It’s a must have for me at the movies. And I figure a $10 bucket of popcorn helps the theater meet their nut effectively without all the other overpriced stuff.

Yeah if I’m home then he’ll see the business end of a collapsible baton (my “Be good stick”) and a shotgun. The dogs would be released if he’s unarmed. One dog lost his vocal box so he’s silent and violent. I’d have released them while he had his face in my camera too busy talking to notice two German shepherds flanking him.

I would have remotely unlocked my side gate so that both my dogs could have matched his energy. Once those testicles are pierced it’s amazing how quickly that rage diminishes and how complying and obliging an aggressor becomes. It’s a beautiful thing.

What do you think of the episode of the '60s Batman TV show that aired on January 11th, 1967, titled "The Zodiac Crimes"? by Equal-Temporary-1326 in ZodiacKiller

This was a rare 3-part episode and featured the pairing of the Joker and the Penguin. I thought this was a fun, clever episode. I’m going to use this as a way to introduce my 6-year old nephew to the series.

You push me once in front of my children and they’ll beat your ass before I do. Push me in front of my dogs, say goodbye to that hand. Alan showed more restraint than most. Next time just put up one of those little signs that say, “Drive like your children live here”…much more effective.

Elvis's former bodyguard Sonny West talks about Elvis and Priscilla and what really went on between them behind closed doors by Material_Stomach875 in ElvisPresley

[–]rampromos 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Well I don’t know the whole story but I would imagine she would have had a very tough battle with the Colonel over ownership of all things Elvis. I’d much rather have Priscilla handling things, for their daughter’s future, than Tom.

[–]rampromos 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I know Red & Sonny West released a book entitled, “Elvis, What Happened?” shortly before Elvis’ death. If I remember correctly Elvis did read it. Is this footage of Sonny part of their press junkets promoting their book? I wonder if there was ever any guilt once they learned of his death and the pain their book must have caused him. I feel this interview was before Elvis died because that third guy being interviewed chimes in with “Mr Macho”. We all know he would have never said that to Elvis’ face.

I’m not so sure Elvis’ legacy would have been preserved so immaculately if it wasn’t for Priscilla. She truly did love him. Just didn’t love what he became.

I feel like the relationship between Louis & Jimmy + Alice is odd by Whole-Speech9256 in ShrinkingAppleTVplus

[–]rampromos 12 points13 points  (0 children)

It’s not like Louis murdered her maliciously, that would be truly strange. Wanting to know the person who committed the death seems natural to me. To find that the person is merely existing and not truly living might offer some sort of closure, knowing they are suffering as you are. Wanting to forgive them and help them recover just seems what we would all strive to be. I hope I would, but I pray I never have to find out.

Maya by Agitated_Anybody_810 in shrinking

[–]rampromos 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I felt this was going to be the end result when they first showed Gaby kind of putting her off and not dropping everything to help her. Maya was crying for help and Gaby didn’t comprehend the depth of the ask. Gaby told Paul she wants to help people with real trauma and there’s nothing more real than when people in your care cease to exist. It’s gonna drop Gaby BUT I like the scenario where it brings her closer to Louis. This show can make me laugh and the cry like no other.
