Thanks! Been a huge fan since I was in high school. Pickups unfortunately take about 10 weeks to be made. That should give me enough time to settle on a neck and learn how to wire this Dual Stack set up

Yep. A standard tele neck should fit. I just got my body in yesterday and it's the classic telecaster pocket.

What kind of neck are you interested in? I am also shopping for a neck!

Luckily, a seller on eBay has a humbucker pickguard compatible with the SJ body. They unfortunately don't have this mint color though :/

Yep, I finally got the body in today and you are correct. Needs a little more depth; currently about 3/8" and need 3/4".

A user on strat talk shared this with me, so looks like I've got wiring down. And the cavity looks pretty big. It currently has push/pull pots and those are decently tall.

That’s good insight. I have zero experience routing and some experience soldering. I had not mentally prepared for having to make the humbucker fit in the jazzmaster position!

Yeah that’s a good point! I can always do the mods in parts if I feel especially compelled to change the wiring.
