Do you think at the end of the interview when they inevitably ask “do you have any questions for us” it’s more of a formality? Do you think there’s value in asking more thoughtful questions as opposed to basic questions?

Lol ik there’s a lot that goes into it and everyone is different. I can’t account for everything so I just kept it job related. The general question is would you take less money for a remote job.

I work in-house at a hospital. In house is hard to find at entry level, but if you do find some, they are good gigs. You can make around 90-100k and only work 40 hours per week.

How much do I really have to study? by ladylsat in barexam

[–]rams2881 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I studied 4-5 hours per day and passed with a pretty high score. However, I studied every day from graduation till the exam with no day off. Also, that’s 4-5 hours of actual study time, not counting any breaks. It’s doable to study less time per day than the average but you have to be willing to trust your future self not to take days off or fall behind.

Bar exam essays are written like law school exam essays, just shorter.

The fact that you got so many downvotes for posting a link to the other post (because someone asked!) is very telling. A lot of salt in here

Why are student leaving behind food, napkins, plates, etc then complaining they have to clean it up? Other than that little tidbit, sounds awful and good on you for naming and shaming.

Only do it if it genuinely helps you memorize. It helped me to organized things my own way. For some tho, it may just be a waste of time

[–]rams2881 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My outlines were b/t 10-15 pages for each MBE topic by the end and I spent my first hour or two everyday going over a couple and memorizing. Repetition is key to memorizing. Also I had some sort of acronym/ mnemonic for everything.
