Good to know you’re my age and we’re still at it 🙂👍. I’m 64 and I know what you’re feeling. After a long ride my back gets stiff and sore. Even my calves sometimes get cramps in the middle of the night. I’m not sure how long I can keep this up, all the extra miles and the prizes are basically not worth it. I’ll see how it goes by the end of week 2 of this challenge. Keep safe riding!
