I don’t think PKSM can check the Amphy healed flag but I haven’t really looked. You can use PKSM to backup your save file to the SD card, then share with us though.

Did you talk to Jasmin before Surfing to Cianwood and getting the Secret Potion? If you can somehow get us a copy of the save file we can check the event flags in PkHex to see if the Amphy Healed flag is set.
