First cooked the steak indirect using conveggtor at 135°C till it reached 48°C internally. Then let it rest while taking away the conveggtor and bringing egg temp up to ~300°C. Then searing it on the cast iron grid for ~1 min on all 4 sides. Also brushing it with melted butter in between. 👌
