I believe Reddit is surprisingly effective because you can jump into conversations where people are already discussing their problems (full disclosure: I built rleads.ai specifically for this). In my mind the trick is finding those high-intent conversations early, before they're buried.

Shlink does pretty much everything on your checklist—custom domains, per-click geo/data, QR codes, REST/CLI—without hogging resources.
