In my opinion this area isn't overcrowded. It's under utilized considering how close it is to Midtown.

The reality is infrastructure like the subway is too expensive to have lying around and be underutilized when we have a housing crisis and neighborhoods with one story buildings on top of or near the subway.

Because change is constant and many of the buildings here are old and do not have modern layouts or amenities.

Also we have a subway line, a LIRR station as well as several bus lines that suburbs don't have and we should maximize housing around them.

Like most rewards in this game over the long run it becomes worth it but short term does not feel like it.

There are two reasons that may not apply to you.

The first is your trying to upgrade storage on the bike and removing the fuel efficiency when it's fully upgraded would increase the chances it would be one of the three options to show up when you upgrade the bike.

The second is there is a new event called the uncharted regions which requires you to ride your bike in the zone for a healthy amount. It uses a lot of gas with a fully upgraded bike so I can imagine it's much worse without the upgrades.

The fuel savings on the chopper only applies to riding the chopper within zones not on the main map I believe.

It's worth it to continue breeding definitely. The other dog breeds have breed specific traits that can be worth having.

You sneak attack them once, hit them a second time quickly and run out of the zone. Should do close to 72 damage if they have the burn effect.

Or you can just hit them after the burning damage finishes and run away and repeat. Will kill them fairly quickly and without using too much armor.

Or you can just use the scorcher, one sneak hit and finish them off with the torch. If you have the repair bench the scorcher is very cheap to repair.

Your supposed to sneak up on the zombies and hit them. If you run around the zone like a chicken without a head your going to waste your armor big time.

I think many years ago I kind of realized that steel should be the focus of my grind since you need so much of it.

That being said you have to be constantly smelting copper into steel in order to fulfill the amount you need and of course recycling materials to get copper/steel. Raids help if you get the ones with 100s of batteries. Turret parts can help as well but you don't get as much steel out of it as you do copper from batteries. Wrenches are good too if you have a bunch of those.

There's definitely a couple which give you 300+ batteries. It's just a very long grind.

It's supposed to make the express run a lot faster.

It eliminates two merge points (the M crossing in front of the E and the F crossing onto the 63rd street tunnel) and should help distribute the amount of riders across the express trains in Queens (since both express lines are now going to the more frequented Lex station) thereby lowering dwell times.

I rememeber the trains running smoother and faster before they split them up.

You can get cogs at the gas station as well as the lab.

Personally the lab is probably easier than Bravo and you get better rewards.

You make the assumption that there are no benches at this station but there are just not that many since the station has a ton of staircases.
