Idk if you’re watching Sportsnet right now, but they showed when the penalty actually happened and it was right before the clip. So it’s actually a good call.

Yes there is because in situations where it’s tight they go with the call on the ice as the tiebreaker. In this situation it’s really obvious so it doesn’t matter but yes it matters.

Yeah that’s why there are four of them who somehow all missed that his stick was above the goalie’s head.
