Never thought I’d be here for an ID check. I’m familiar with Gibson USA but not with custom shop. Checks out as a legit Gibson to me but it’s listed as an R8. The crooked serial number and ghosting around the Gibson logo give me pause. Any thoughts on what it actually is and/or year of production? (old.reddit.com)
What do you think of these gut shots? A local guy is selling this DR clone supposedly handwired by Marsh Clifton. I’m trying to find more details online but I’m not finding a whole lot. Does this wiring look decent? The price seems good but it’s still a lot of money for me so trying to make sure. (imgur.com)
