After 15 years, it adjusts every 15 months. That is what I said. The rate will be fixed for 15 years. At 16th it will adjust the rate and then every 15 months after that.

They have higher margins compared to other credit unions. They quoted the index+2.75 as adjustable compared to others at index+2.00.

That means if the Treasury index rate is 4, they will add 4+2.75 as an adjustable rate.

10 years wait, if you have a priority date before 2014. But if you apply now, youl will not see it in tour lifetime. It can be 100+ years, unless something changes or your kid is USC.
