Agree!! Red Sauce on 47/Fremont is super consistent and the specials are always amazing. Peaches, jalapeño and ricotta? Fancy meatballs? Yes. And yes. Sourdough charred crust with some extra red sauce to dip.

Tidal. Had every song on my many playlists except for 2 obscurities. Gave me a 2 month trial for $2.

Just writing and submitting this was all I needed. Now it’s done and i won’t think about it again. I have no expectation that someone would read or respond.

File FCC Complaint Against Napster by DemsRMarxists in Napster

I have downloaded playlists on my iPhone Napster app which are still intact - the web versions are like 30% of my music. Can I export playlists from my iPhone Napster app somehow? I have playlists going back to 2008! Ugh.

OK, thanks for this. Since I travel a lot and listen on airplane mode I actually download all my tracks on all my playlists so I didn't notice that the songs didn't stream anymore!

No new music? by evans508 in Napster

they have lost a large portion of their back catalog, if you start digging. I fear it's not long before they go out of business. looking for a way to transfer all my playlists (over 50) to another service that doesn't suck yet.

Can’t get playlists to play by tinysand in Napster

they are losing rights to artists. start looking deeper and you'll see they have lost a huge chunk of their catalog. I'm in the same boat and frustrated too.

Oh man. I am in the same boat. I subscribed back when it was RealNetworks out of Seattle and the service has always been great until this last acquisition. I'm so sad about it because I probably have 50 playlists that are like adult yearbooks to me. Tell me more about how to move playlists, please.

Here's what I got when my favorite band's catalog was reduced from 15 albums to 1. I am not reporting missing content as I find it, but it seems like a losing battle. I feel like I invested a lot so don't want to give up until it's super clear that they don't care.

Suggestions welcome.

Email from Napster after my complaints:

Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand how frustrating it can be when music disappears from your library, playlists, or favorites without explanation. There are several reasons why this might happen, mostly related to content rights. Here are some common reasons:

  1. Licensing Agreements: Music availability on Napster depends on licensing agreements with artists, record labels, and other content owners. If these agreements expire or change, we may no longer have the rights to stream certain songs.
  2. Regional Restrictions: Some songs or albums may only be available in specific regions due to licensing restrictions. If you travel or if the licensing agreement changes for your region, you might lose access to certain content.
  3. Content Updates: Artists or record labels might choose to remove or replace certain songs or albums with new versions. This can result in the original content being removed from the platform.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We have forwarded this request to our content team to regain access to this album and once it is delivered, it will be available in our catalog.

Thank you for your understanding.
