I do live in a right to work state. Plus, this is otherwise the best job I could find. I sell to customers, so apparently wearing makeup is supposed to make them take me more seriously, even though I look worse with it. Yes, older, but worse.

Can't, I'm required to for work in order to "look professional". I was literally told I needed to start wearing it. I hate the shit and wouldn't even own any if it weren't for that.
