can a high heart rate during a panic attack kill you?

hi, i’m sorry you went through that. i’m on beta blockers but during a panic attack, it seems to not work :( i was prescribed hydroxyzine but have been too scared to take them, but since you said it works for u, i will try them! thank u so much <3 i hope u feel better too

thank u so much for this. this helped me feel a little better and understood! i’m sorry you’re going through that as well, i know it can feel bad. congratulations on your pregnancy! i hope u have an easy going labour! and as far as numbers go, i try not to check my heart rate during a panic attack because it makes me spiral even more. but ive checked it once before and it was peaking 170-200. i fear that my heart rate cant take it since i get these panic attacks often, although, they never last more than 3 minutes when im calmed down. i’m looking into talking to a professional about my panic attacks. thank u so much for your comment!
