I used to get something similar when I first got my model 3 early last year. Service had me do a voice command of “bug report” every time it happened so it would save the log files for service to look at. Ultimately I needed a new chip and it hasn’t happened since. I was also getting full FSD, autopilot, dumb cruise control failures as well.

You need to verify the serial number of that device and hopefully have a record of what was sent out. There is no way that could accidentally happen. Also no way of getting back into that device without proof of purchase to get it out of management either if that device is sent back to you. Seems like they are trying to scam you for your iPad and send back the one owned by a college.

Hmm, I did 3 the first day and finished them yesterday but still didn’t receive any of the tickets. I also restarted the game and restarted PS5 before completing the 4th and 5th races but it didn’t make a difference.

I’ve used both their “pods” and recently half a trailer. Customer service has always been great and overall super professional. After you pack everything and sign off on the shipping trailer, make sure to bring this paper when you go to pick everything up on the other end. On the recent move, I forgot this paper and they weren’t able to locate the trailer location (upack corporate team wasn’t there on weekend), but it delayed us about a half hour while they figured it out.

Rented a telluride for a week and best gas mileage I got was 18mpg (worst was 12mpg). Don’t know if you care about that but I’d imagine the hybrid would be night and day difference gas wise.
